Our most recent EDM machine addition is the U6 H.E.A.T a state-of-the-art wire EDM machine from MAKINO. The U6 H.E.A.T. provides an ideal mix of speed, accuracy, and surface finish capability with larger travels to tackle the most demanding applications.
Design services
Our advanced CNC machines are supported by Hexagons, Edgecam EDM Module and Edgecam Designer providing full 3D model design capabilities and direct model-based manufacturing.
Graphite tooling
For maximum flexibility we manufacture our own graphite tooling, allowing us to tackle any job regardless of complexity with precision and quality.
